I am a career art educator. I have been teaching in the public school system in Central Pennsylvania for the past 30 years. I earned an M. A. in Art Education and an M.F.A. in sculpture. Both degrees are from internationally known art colleges, however the education I received missed the important content that ateliers and academies specializing in classical methods are presenting to the public. I am deeply interested in joining this cause and restoring to art education with this valuable core knowledge. To this date I have completed the Barnstone course, the Russian Drawing Course on New Master’s Academy. I look forward to learning and contributing to the discussions on Smartermarx.
