Easy Charcoal Dust Collector for the Easel

Thank you to Steve Linberg for sharing this clever way to contend with falling charcoal and pastel at the easel:

Place a three inch curl of paper from a cheap roll of packaging paper like you can get at any hobby store. Holds its shape fine, easy to move, dump, and clean up.

Happy Drawing!

On my easel at home I have something similar. I actually took a cardboard shipping tube( used to ship rolled up posters and such ) and cut it in half lengthwise making a nice gutter for my drawing board to sit in.
