Hey Thomas! It would depend on your goal. You could engage in an activity for any number of reasons—fun, profit, diversion, etc… However, if yuh are looking ya gain expert level performance in a skill-based activity then there is no better way than deliberate practice—and this means engagement on a regular schedule.
