Trying not to be too precious about my painting materials, especially as I just started with paints, but the Master’s Touch brand, which I am pretty sure is Hobby Lobby’s house brand, has quickly made my list as one to avoid. The Filbert 2 I bought had its brush dislodging from its handle after a couple fairly unaggressive washes, and the Mars Black of theirs I got has the opacity of a dusty windshield and is super oily, and looks brownish next to my Williamsburg or Winton blacks. If anyone’s had better experiences with it they can speak to by all means, but unless I hear something good I think I’m done with this one.
